“As a “plus size” bride, I already had reservations/fear/anxiety regarding dress shopping so after my first dress shopping appointment (in Portland at a Bridal Boutique) left me feeling discouraged/sadness/disappointed.
I found Bella Brides while scrolling through FaceBook and stumbling across a picture of “THE DRESS!” I called and immediately felt cared for and valued as a person and customer. When chatting on the phone with Charlene and describing the dress from the post, she was so sweet & got excited too! I was so thankful that she took extra time on the phone with me answering my thousand insane questions that I had. I knew that this was the bridal salon that I would find my dress at!
I traveled from Portland to Bend and made a weekend of it with my squad! I would not have changed my experience at all, even though it didn’t go as planned (due to family emergencies and extenuating circumstances). Sarah was absolutely amazing during my appointment. She welcomed me as soon as I walked through the door, gave me a gift of pearl earrings (<3) and already had several dresses pulled waiting for me (including the PERFECT one)! She was absolutely impeccable and walked me through the process of finding the perfect dress for me and was a reassuring voice even when I was riding all the emotions that day.
I cannot speak highly enough about this boutique and would 100% recommend Bella Brides to any future bride! I can guarantee that you will find YOUR dress here because they have such a large selection of unique dresses.
