Now Hiring: Part-Time Bridal Stylist + Receptionist
Bend, OR | 12–16 hrs/week | $15/hr + commission + tips

Are you passionate about weddings, people, and beautiful dresses? We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our boutique team as a Bridal Stylist + Receptionist — a hybrid role where you’ll support both the front desk and our brides during their appointments.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating meaningful experiences, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a flair for fashion and hospitality.

About the Role

As our Receptionist, you’ll:

  • Answer phone calls, respond to texts, and check messages

  • Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out

  • Collect wedding details from brides to help us personalize their experience

  • Steam gowns and assist with preparing the boutique for appointments

  • Help brainstorm and create content for social media

As a Bridal Stylist, you’ll:

  • Lead bridal appointments and guide brides in finding their dream gown

  • Style full bridal looks, including veils, accessories, and jewelry

  • Contribute to a warm, unforgettable shopping experience for brides and their guests

  • Model gowns for our social media channels to help showcase new arrivals and current styles

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:

  • Positive, kind, and genuinely enjoys working with people

  • Reliable, punctual, and organized

  • A quick learner who can think on their feet

  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills

  • Comfortable being on camera for social content

  • Able to create a calm and joyful atmosphere for our brides

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Saturdays: Required, full-day shift

  • One additional weekday: Half-day shift

  • Hours: ~12–16 hours/week, with potential to grow

  • Pay: $15/hour + commission on sales + 100% of your tips

Typical Tasks May Include:

  • Answering phones and responding to bride inquiries

  • Leading and supporting bridal appointments

  • Steaming dresses and unpacking new inventory

  • Assisting with boutique setup and cleanup

  • Creating social media content, including dress try-ons

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Reliable transportation

  • Availability every Saturday

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable with social media and being on camera

  • Must be able to work in person in Bend, OR
