Now Hiring: Part-Time Bridal Receptionist
Bend, OR | 8 hrs/week | $15.05/hr

Are you passionate about weddings, people, and beautiful dresses? We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our boutique team as a Saturday Receptionist.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating meaningful experiences, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a flair for fashion and hospitality.

About the Role

What you’ll be doing:

  • Answering phone calls, responding to texts, and checking messages

  • Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in/check-out

  • Collecting wedding details from brides to help us personalize their experience

  • Assisting with preparing the boutique for appointments

  • Returning go-backs to their proper racks

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:

  • Positive, kind, and genuinely enjoys working with people

  • Reliable, punctual, and organized

  • A quick learner who can think on their feet

  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills

  • Able to create a calm and joyful atmosphere for our brides

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Saturdays: Required, full-day shift

  • Hours: ~8 hours/week, with potential to grow

  • Pay: $15.05/hour

  • Are you a student? During downtime, you are more than welcome to do homework at the reception desk!

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation

  • Availability every Saturday

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be able to work in person in Bend, OR
