A True Bella Wedding: Jodi & Bryce’s Cape Horn Dream
A Bella Stylist Becomes a Bella Bride
There are weddings that stay with you forever. And then there are weddings where one of your own walks down the aisle.
On June 20, 2026, our sweet Jodi married the love of her life, Bryce, at the breathtaking Cape Horn Estate in Washington. So, of course, we locked the doors at Bella Brides, closed the shop for the weekend, and all headed north to celebrate one of the people who makes Bella Brides what it is.
If you've been lucky enough to have Jodi as your stylist, you already know what makes her so special. She's incredibly emotionally intuitive, genuinely invested in each bride’s experience, and always puts the bride’s moment first. She has a natural way of knowing when to listen, when to encourage, and when to simply let a bride take it all in—making every appointment feel personal, comfortable, and truly special.
She's the one coordinating our vendor events, modeling what feels like every new gown that comes through the shop, and making sure everything behind the scenes comes together beautifully. We joke that she's tried on just about every dress in Bella Brides, so when she tells a bride how a gown feels, she genuinely knows.
Around the shop, we call Jodi an old soul. She has a quiet confidence, wisdom beyond her years, and a heart that naturally puts other people first.
So seeing her become the bride was something none of us were prepared for.
After years of watching Jodi celebrate hundreds of Bella Brides as they found their dresses and walked toward their wedding days, we had the privilege of standing on the other side, cheering for her. We closed the shop for the weekend without a second thought because there wasn't anywhere else we'd rather be.
And yes... there were a lot of tears.
The Perfect Match
And oh did Jodi pick a good one. If you've ever met Bryce, you know exactly what we mean when we say he's basically a golden retriever in human form. Bryce can make a friend anywhere he goes. He's spontaneous, endlessly kind, and has a way of making everyone around him feel like they've known him forever.
Jodi, on the other hand, is thoughtful, steady, and wonderfully intentional. She's a planner through and through, with the sweetest heart and a quiet way of making everyone around her feel cared for.
Together, they're the perfect balance.
Bryce brings Jodi out on adventures she probably wouldn't have planned, and Jodi gives Bryce the steady foundation that lets his joyful spirit shine. They're each other's yin and yang in the very best way, and after spending the weekend watching them together, it was impossible not to see just how perfectly they fit.
The moment Bryce became part of Jodi's life, he became part of ours too. We welcomed him into the Bella family with open arms, and watching the two of them start this next chapter together was one of the greatest joys we've had as a team.
A Dreamy Mountain Wedding at Cape Horn Estate
Nestled among towering evergreens with panoramic mountain views, Cape Horn Estate felt like something straight out of a storybook.
The color palette couldn't have been more perfect for early summer. Soft lavender, blush, butter yellow, pale blue, and peach blooms filled every bouquet and floral installation, creating the most romantic garden feel against the dramatic mountain backdrop.
Jodi wore The McCall by Hayley Paige — an architectural ballgown with a clean sweetheart neckline and layers upon layers of airy organza that seemed to float with every step. She paired it with a classic pearl necklace, delicate veil, and the biggest smile you've ever seen.
Bryce looked equally handsome in a light blue suit by Generation Tux with a dusty rose bow tie that tied everything together beautifully.
Every detail felt effortless, joyful, and completely them.
Bella Brides Was Well Represented
One of our favorite parts of the day was seeing familiar faces in a whole new role.
Our stylists Riley and Bridget stood beside Jodi as bridesmaids, and the rest of the Bella Brides crew filled the ceremony with cheers, tears, and probably more tissues than anyone expected.
There's something incredibly special about working with people who become family. We spend so many Saturdays together helping brides begin their next chapter. Getting to pause that for one weekend and celebrate one of our own was something we'll never forget.
A Ceremony That Had Everyone Reaching for Tissues
The ceremony was sweet, heartfelt, and full of genuine emotion. Bryce's face when he saw Jodi walking down the aisle said everything before either of them spoke a word. Their vows had everyone laughing one minute and wiping away tears the next. Looking around during the ceremony, it seemed like every guest had watery eyes, ourselves included.
There are weddings that are beautiful. And then there are weddings where you can actually feel how deeply two people love each other. This was one of those.
Then the Party Started
As emotional as the ceremony was, the reception was just as fun.
The dance floor stayed full, the speeches had everyone laughing, the cake was delicious, and the celebration never slowed down. From playful wedding party portraits to an unforgettable dip down the aisle after they were announced as husband and wife, the entire day was filled with energy, laughter, and so much joy.
It was the perfect balance of heartfelt and wildly fun. Exactly how a wedding should feel.

Watching you go from helping hundreds of Bella Brides find their dream dresses to becoming a bride yourself was something we'll treasure forever.
You have poured so much love into this little bridal shop and into every bride who walks through our doors. Getting to celebrate you was an absolute gift.
We couldn't be happier for you and Bryce, and we wish you both a lifetime filled with laughter, adventure, and the same joy that surrounded you on your wedding day.
